1. Digital Services & Web Development

Since digital services (Web Development, App Development, SEO) involve intangible goods and significant labor, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Before Project Kickoff: If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • During Development: If the project is in progress, refunds will be issued for the uncompleted portion of the work, minus a processing fee for the time and resources already spent.
  • After Project Delivery: Once the project is delivered and approved, refunds are no longer applicable. However, we offer a revision period as per our agreement to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Cloud Hosting Services

For our hosting solutions:

  • Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • Annual Plans: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual hosting plans. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 30 days will not be refunded for the remaining months.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing team at hello@nuxroa.com with your Transaction ID and reason for cancellation. All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf are strictly non-refundable once activated.
